Shipping policy

The patterns are digital files and will arrive instantly by email. The orders of physical products dispatch from the EU (Romania), and are shipped by courier with tracking. Shipping is currently only available for EU, USA and UK.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Processing will typically occur much faster, but a buffer is necessary for busy periods or for handling unforeseen incidents.

Once shipped, your order will arrive in up to 3 weeks, or within a couple of days, depending on your country.

Orders are dispatched from the EU (Romania).

Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees levied by their respective countries. These charges are not included in the total order cost during checkout. Please check with your local customs office to understand the specific duties and taxes applicable to your order.
